Erin visited the Critical Bench Compound and we welcomed the opportunity to sit down with her and speak about her fitness journey, training principles and return to the stage in South Africa for the first time in 4 years!
Erin originally was a high level track and field athlete and just barely missed qualifying for the 2008 Summer Olymics in the high jump. Her amazing physique is a direct result of her intense training practices for her sport which led her to getting on stage only a year and a half after she missed going to the Olympic games.
